Whether you’ve been with me since I was blogging in the early 2010s, found me through my book Self Wise or just stumbled across something I shared on Instagram or TikTok and thought, she gets it, then welcome. You’ve landed in my little creative corner of the internet.
What This Is
An Electrifying Life is part journal, part business notebook, part creative reckoning. I write about what it means to build a life that feels fun, happy and entirely your own. Even when it’s messy, uncertain or wildly romanticised (guilty).
It’s a space for women who are multi-passionate, determined and sometimes a little burnt out from doing all the things. For the creatives, the writers, the dreamers, the ones reinventing themselves again and again.
You’ll find personal essays, behind-the-scenes glimpses, creative writing experiments and thoughts on mindset, business, self-worth and showing up for the life you actually want.
A Bit About Me

⚡ I published Self Wise in 2024, and I’m currently working on several new books and writing projects (because of course I am)
⚡ I’ve built multiple businesses, written a whole lot of blog posts and lived enough lives for a few good memoirs
⚡ I believe in EFT tapping, plenty of prosecco and rewriting your story whenever you need to
⚡ I'm always chasing the sweet spot between being seen and keeping life a secret
